11/30/2007: As you can see, ridin' is more important than writin'.
What has the 07 season been like for you? There has been
some balmy weather early this month. Bikers are like bees, bees
start coming out at a certain temperature... I think it's 54 degrees F.
Might be 44 degrees. Some expert will let me know.
As of late, short ridin' days... at least there is shaded parking after
4pm at most places... but I prefer the lit parking at 9pm.
Never satisfied... nah, it's not that, it's one of those odd concepts I
come up with.
10/5/2007: You're ridin' alone, going from place to place, and
you meet people that can sense the freedom you're living. As they
wish to be, you are.
9/23/2007: I hit some fall weather near Dillon in the Colorado
Rockies . We're talkin' cold winter kinda crap.. that happens..
but the snot on the road that forms from Mag-Chloride.. slick, and when
it gets in your eyes.. expect some burnin'
9/18/2007: Met a "lone-wolf" that lives the philosophy.
9/14/2007: Traffic is what it's always going to be, except if
you're ridin' where the traffic doesn't travel... as often.
Nothing better than to get far away and have some roads to yourself.
When you do get that far, the people are generally friendly... in fact
they'll stop in the middle of the road just to visit... someone else
comes by, they stop too. A terrific difference than the hustle
bustle that happens in big cities. Sadly, they have no idea.
The Eastern Plains of Colorado, Wyoming, and into Nebraska and Kansas...
you get to meet some pretty good people, they are everywhere.

8/20/07: Here's what it comes down to My first entry...
There are a lot of new bikers out there that want to be... what does
that mean? Every biker is as different as a beer can in a
landfill, no two cans are dented exactly the same, yet they are all beer
cans.
Incident just the other day... a "biker" shop "helping" out a fellow
biker... but the part he needed was on the other side of town so they
directed him to the nearest bus stop. Now that's mighty
embarrassing, either give the bro a ride or go get the part for him.
That's what a real biker shop would do.
