One of my favorite places was:
Bruce's Bar in Severance, Colorado.
With the death of the owner Bruce Ruth, Bruces Bar was closed pretty
much for good. Rumors still exist about something opening

Bruce's is a restaurant combined with a country style
bar. A live band plays weekend and Sunday nights.
Early evening the restaurant has a community setting as
families dine on good food.
Bruce's is world famous for their Rocky Mountain Oysters,
turkey fries are also available. Call them at 970-686-2030
Sometimes it's good to get reservations they can get busy.
